Zion National Park
Enjoy the Wild West of Zion National Park by planning a two- and half-hour road trip spanning 160 miles from Las Vegas. This drive mostly spans Interstate 15 offering beautiful attractions along the way. You can try canyoneering and rock climbing to satiate your adrenaline rush. Don’t forget to take countless photographs of the national park’s trails and the bountiful natural beauty ranging from deep caverns to towering rock formations.
A mandatory shuttle service is offered to visitors during peak seasons to reduce parking and traffic issues. The free shuttles run from March to November during which private vehicles are not permitted entry inside the park. On leaving Vegas by 7 am, you will reach the park gate within 10 am offering plenty of time to spend the whole day here before heading back to Vegas for dinner. If you are considering renting a car to drive from Las Vegas to Zion, then consider renting from an off-airport location as they are cheaper than car rental at the airport.
