Sedona, Arizona

Treat yourself to a well-deserved wellness weekend by traveling to Sedona from Las Vegas. The drive takes just 4.5 hours and spans 280 miles while presenting the opportunity to enjoy beautiful desert sceneries and explore the charming towns in Arizona and Nevada. Renting an SUV will be particularly convenient for this road trip as it will offer plenty of space to carry recreational equipment which might be required while you go hiking through the iconic red rock formations; there are so many hikes in Sedona to choose from.

After you’ve quenched your adrenaline lust, you can go on vortex tours and browse through crystal shops to tap into your inner energy. While at Sedona, you can pamper yourself at the luxurious resort properties or opt for outdoor camping. Spring and fall months are particularly convenient for this road trip as you can avoid climate extremes during this time.

You will not encounter any tolls on the Las Vegas to Sedona Road trip which passes through the states of Arizona and Nevada. Both the states have a speed limit of 55 mph on the highway and 65 mph on the interstate. Both Arizona and Nevada have standard driving laws and speeding is something you need to avoid while driving in Las Vegas

The free shuttles run from March to November during which private vehicles are not permitted entry inside the park. On leaving Vegas by 7 am, you will reach the park gate within 10 am offering plenty of time to spend the whole day here before heading back to Vegas for dinner.
