Where to stay in Yichang, China? Ramada Yichang Hotel Review

Just a 5 minute walk from the central business and shopping district of Yichang City, the Ramada Yichang Hotel is an ideal hotel for a few nights after some time cruising the Yangtze River. We stayed here for just one night after our cruise and thoroughly enjoyed all the luxury this hotel had to offer.

Hotel Lobby

From CNY 460, the rooms here are elegantly decorated with thick amazing beds, a marbled bathroom with expansive bath tub and a beautiful city view. You can even request different types of pillows if you wish. The rooms also include a flat-screen TV with a minibar and a tea/coffee maker. Room Service is available to the room throughout the day and is delicious!

This place was ideal, it was just a short walk from a local shopping centre with some interesting stores standing alongside your typical chain restaurants. The hotel is also just 3 minutes away from the Yichang Train Station.

The hotel itself is very elegant and smart, with glistening and sparkly walls and marbled flooring.

It includes its own Royal Chinese Restaurant that offers some really yummy food at affordable prices. There is also a terrace overlooking the Yichang Park and a small hair and beauty salon for those who want to pamper themselves. The staff were friendly and polite and attentive to any of our questions and needs.

We explored Yichang for some time that afternoon and settled into the hotel in the evening before our early flight the next day. We ordered room service which was quick; offering a variety of Western and Asian foods.

A great choice.

We booked this hotel via Agoda, because they offered the best rates and is a well established company.
